A prime location in South West Ketchum, this 3-bed/3-bath tri-level townhome offers 1,500 square feet of living space and sleeps up to 6 guests. This modern retreat offers excellent proximity to the base of Baldy, the bike path, and downtown Ketchum. Each are within a 10-minute walk from the front door. With an abundance of natural light, a quiet tree-lined location adjacent to the river, and quick access to biking, hiking and ski trails, this special townhome is a relaxing haven in the heart of everything.



On the ground floor is the front entrance, in-unit laundry, private back patio and BBQ. An attached, heated garage is also on this level, with plenty of storage for outdoor gear. There is additional guest parking available right outside the unit.



The main level features an open living, dining and kitchen area with lots of windows and natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless appliances, a gas stove, and many thoughtful extras. The dining table seats 6 and the living area has gas fireplace and ample seating for everyone. Also located on this level is the third bedroom with either two twins or a king bed (please indicate your preference when booking), 50-inch flat screen TV and access to a detached bath. This full-sized bathroom has a single vanity, tub/shower combo, and ample natural light.



On the upper level is the master bedroom with queen bed, 50-inch flat screen TV and partial mountain views. The master bath is very spacious with a 2-sink vanity, vaulted ceilings, sunken tub, separate shower, heated tile flooring and walk-in master closet. The second bedroom is also located on this level and has 2 double beds, 50-inch flat screen TV and attached full-size bath with single vanity, shower/tub combo, and lots of natural light.



This townhome was completely overhauled in 2019. It features all new modern, beautiful furnishings, artwork, and many thoughtful touches throughout.



Complex Features: The Autumn Woods Townhomes are located five blocks from the River Run parking area, one block from the bike path and ski path, and several blocks from the restaurants and shops of central Ketchum. A free shuttle picks up about a block away and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain and Dollar Mountain, downtown Ketchum and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.



This townhome is not pet friendly. The homeowners have severe pet allergies and cannot allow pets.

Overall, it worked fine. The unit is very nice and conveniently located to Bald Mountain and is walkable to downtown. We had a leak in the ceiling of the second floor and we had to put out pots, pans, and towels to catch/absorb the water. Their were pieces of paint/plaster on the kitchen floor around the kitchen table. We bought a good bit of groceries and my wife spent a great deal of time preparing food for us to eat. This lead made it unappetizing and inconvenient for eating meals at the table. My wife spent a good bit of time cleaning this kitchen and the pots and pans so that we could use the kitchen to its fullest extent. Moving to another unit would have been inconvenient since we would have felt like we had to clean a second kitchen along with the pots and pans. Also, moving our luggage would have been difficult since we did not have a car and were either walking or using public transportation.The property manager offered another unit that was of lesser value. They did offer a one night credit. I suggested that two nights would have been appreciated since we didn't cause the leak, would have had to clean a second kitchen along with pots and pans, and would have had to haul our luggage without a car. Also, since we chose not to relocate, the property manager did not have to have two units tied up for an additional two nights nor would they have had to clean two units instead of one after we left. Also, my wife spent a good bit of one of our vacation days dealing with meeting maintenance people and figuring out what to do with the leak.

Fantastic Rental

We are a family of five and loved this home for our week of skiing in Sunvalley. The ski bus is a short walk out the door and having the garage was really handy for unloading gear and keeping it out of the home. The master bed is very comfortable with a large bathroom. The entire home is nicely appointed which made for a very relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
